Director Work
Below, you will find a selection of full episodes I’ve directed for “Little Baby Bum: Music Time”, “Abby Hatcher”, and “Paw Patrol”. Nothing makes me come alive more than directing. I have always been a jack of all trades type person, so being able to bring together my talents in animation, design, storytelling, and music is incredibly fulfilling.
Little Baby Bum - Music Time (48 x 7 min).
‘Little Baby Bum: Music Time’ was a very fun project for me. The project was still in development when I joined, so I was able to help shape the shows structure; and we did a complete design refresh of the LBB brand. I am also a musician and composer, so being able to do a fantastical music video every episode was a dream!
Abby Hatcher (10 x 5 min).
Presented here in two 25 min blocks, these 5min short episodes follow Abby and her Fuzzly pals as they create videos for their very own youtube channel. This was a lot of fun to direct because we had to film the episodes in a way that looked as if the characters were filming the content themselves. Super cute!
Paw Patrol (12 x 5 min)
In these 5 min episodes of Paw Patrol the pups become ‘Charged Up’ Superheroes, and travel to a land of Dinosaurs! I’ve been working on Paw Patrol since day one, and it was a treat to come back to the franchise as a director this time. With this series of shorts, the goal was to deliver all the action and comedy from the regular series but in 5 mines! I lover magic, and sci fi, and superheroes, and dinosaurs; so this block of shorts was right up my alley.
